Because it's one team, your loan application is built from books we already keep and tax we already plan.
What gets hard for tradies
Lumpy income
Big jobs pay late and quiet months still have wages and fuel. Without a forecast, the tax bill lands at the worst time.
The wrong structure
Plenty of tradies are still sole traders long after a company or trust would save tax and protect the house.
Self-employed loans
Banks want two years of clean returns. Late lodgements or messy books cost you borrowing power.
One team, every part of the business
Each of these has its own page with the detail. Use as many or as few as you need.
Accounting and tax
Tax planning around project income, BAS on time, and a structure review when the business outgrows sole trader.

Questions tradies ask us
Can one firm do my tax, bookkeeping and home loan?
Yes. Our accountants, bookkeepers and brokers work in the same office in Mount Waverley. With your permission they share what they need, so a loan application uses the same numbers as your tax return.
When should a tradie move from sole trader to a company?
Usually when profit is high enough that the company tax rate saves more than the extra running costs, or when you want to separate business risk from personal assets. Our accountants run the numbers for your situation.
Can I get a home loan if I'm self-employed?
Yes. Most lenders want two years of tax returns, and some accept other evidence through low doc loans. Up-to-date books and lodged returns make the biggest difference to what you can borrow.
Do I have to use every service?
No. Most tradies start with one, usually tax or bookkeeping, and add others when they solve a real problem.
