What gets hard for franchisees
Buying blind
Franchise disclosure documents show the franchisor's view. You need your own read on whether the numbers work.
Two sets of reporting
Your franchisor wants reports in their format and the ATO wants them in its own.
High start-up costs
Fit-out, fees and stock can stretch cash before the first sale.
One team, every part of the business
Each of these has its own page with the detail. Use as many or as few as you need.
Growth advisory
Due diligence before you buy, and a plan for the first year once you've signed.

Questions franchisees ask us
Can you review a franchise before I buy it?
Yes. We look at the disclosure documents, projected sales, fees and set-up costs, and tell you what the store needs to earn to pay you a wage and a return.
Can you report in my franchisor's format?
Yes. Our bookkeepers set up Xero so the reports your franchisor needs and the reports the ATO needs come from the same books.
How do I fund a franchise purchase?
Usually through a mix of savings, a business loan and sometimes equity in your home. We help you plan the mix and the repayments.
Do I need every service?
No. Many franchisees start with the purchase review and keep us for bookkeeping and tax.
Want it all handled by one team?
Tell us where things are at. We'll tell you what to fix first.
